New Patient Guide

Below, you will find some information and guidance as to how to get started with Psychotherapy Services at New Day Counseling & Psychiatric Services, LLC

 

 

 

Step 1: Fill out our new patient forms

These forms allow us to obtain some information about you, what your needs are, and what your previous experiences were with mental health treatment.

Step 2: Contact your insurance to check for any Deductible, Copay, or Coinsurane amounts

To do this, call the number on the back of your insurance card and make your way to member services. Once you have a representative on the line, you can ask them what your financial responsibility would be for Outpatient Psychotherapy Services in a provider office. They can also answer any questions you may have about your coverages and policy.

Step 3: Schedule Follow Up Call with Office Staff

Once we review your information, you'll receive an email to schedule a time for our office administrator to reach out to you when it fits best with your schedule.
This is an administrative call to get you scheduled for your first appointment with one of our providers, as well as answer any questions you may have.
